Without A/C for 3 days. Sick, elderly husband. They were assigned through my home warranty. They never responded.

Wow. I am hoping it was just Autumn that is such an unprofessional. AHS uses this company. I finally get a hold of someone (Autumn). She answers and says that she can not dispatch someone to my house UNLESS I agree upfront to pay $75.00 per pound of antifreeze if that is what is wrong with the unit. I ask her if they can just come diagnose the problem and then we can worry about that at the time. She says NO, she WILL NOT schedule me until I agree. So I call my tenant and make sure that's fine. It's fine. I call back. No answer. I leave a message. I call back. No answer AGAIN. Finally, I call from a different number and Autumn answers (3 hours later). She says that the company will no longer be coming out to my house. By this point I was so frustrated at the lack of communication that I requested to speak to her supervisor and SHE TOLD ME NO. Like...she seriously said she can not give me that information and that she was the only person I could speak to THEN HUNG UP ON ME.

Rude, rude, rude. Let's not forget to mention lazy and unprofessional!!!
Word of mouth goes far and it's a shame that this so called company think it's ok to treat customers in certain ways. I do believe- treat others the way you want to be treated! PS: THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.

LATE reveiw. American Home Shield referred me. First Artic came to my house in 2012 to fix my Furnace in a rental home. They removed my programmable thermostat and used and old basic thermostat and bypassed the heat pump system. ( l live out of state) A year later I came to the home and found it changed and demanded that they come back and give me a programmable thermostat. The tech argued with me repeatedly about the heat pump telling me that it was not useful and that we should just bypass it. I was caught since I was not a tech and needed to get it done. They did change it back to a programmable thermostat and I thought we were done. This week I spoke with the Electric Company Technician who understand heat pumps. His words were that the guy should have his licensed removed that the heat pump system needs to be run appropriately. I am VERY angry that they may have damaged my Rheem Heat pump system that was VERY expensive due to their Ignorance, laziness and cheapness.
