      Grout and Tile Cleaning, Repair and Restoration is our only Business. Knowledge, Experience, Service and Superior Products make the Difference! FLOOR TILE and GROUT RESTORATION and PRESERVATION Floor Tile and Grout is cleaned with our Proprietary Professional Products to restore them to a like new condition. The Clean Grout can then be Preserved and/or Restored with our Clear Sealer, Color Sealer or our Exclusive Restoration Sealer. Our Clear and Color Sealers are guaranteed forone (1) year and Our Exclusive Restoration Sealer is guaranteed for ten (10) years. FLOOR TILE and GROUT REPAIR Cracked and Damaged Floor Tile and Grout are Repaired or Replaced. Joints and angles that are designed to allow expansion and contraction are repaired with Acrylic Grouts to allow flexibility for movement without cracking. FLOOR TILE RE-BONDING Floor Tile Re-bonding is a repair procedure that re-secures loose and hollow tile to the subfloor. We inject our proprietary tile adhesive through holes in the grout to fill the voids between the tile and subfloor. When the adhesive dries the floor is solid and the loose tiles are re-secured to the subfloor. The grout is then color matched and repaired. SHOWER REPAIR and RESTORATION Shower Repair and Restorations can consist of cleaning, grout repair, grout sealing, color restoration, color matched caulking or complete grout removal and replacement. Our experts will evaluate your shower and only recommend the work needed to properly Repair or Restore it. GRANITE and NATURAL STONE SEALING Granite, Marble and Natural Stone Floors and Countertops are professionally cleaned and sealed. The Grout can also be Repaired, Restored and Sealed. COLOR MATCHED CAULKING The old caulking is removed and new Color Matched Caulking is professionally installed to seal joints and seams in Showers, Bathtubs, Vanities, Sinks and Counter-tops. Our siliconized acrylic caulks are resistant to mold and mildew.
