We offer martial arts and self defense classes for adults. Our training is intended to teach students efficient and effective methods of practical self defense. We offer quality martial arts instruction. Our small classes allow for a more personal touch. And this is great for women looking to learn how to protect themselves. Not ready to commit to a martial arts class but still want to learn how to protect yourself? We have a Saturday self defense class
