I have always paid my bills and have a great credit rating. Recently my credit history came back perfect except for Credit First NA in Brook Park OH. I paid the charges on this card and on time yet 5 years later they indicate that I am late with a $28 payment!

I would like to say that I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this company. I have had a firestone card for about three years. They have a great policy if you pay for your service in 90 days, then there is no interest charge. The interest has been fairly minimal on most of my repairs.

I was very dissatisfied with dealing with this company. There credit practices are questionable at best. I would not recommend them to anyone. I also plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
