Just got back from creative Cuts - and am still irked! I called to get the price for kids haircuts since my son is 11 years old - was told $12 (great) - but after the haircut and I was paying - was told "Oh I told you the wrong price - that was for kids under 10 and under - you actually owe $20 - I paid it and will never go back. Why wasn't I told when I showed up for the appointment? I Think I will go back and ask for a refund. Bait and Switch - I believe - is still illegal!!
