Unprofessional & Unorganized

Today marked the second negative experience in dealing with an incompetent business owner. The older woman managing the appointments was clearly scattered as she failed miserably at an attempt to multitask. Her first failure was scheduling an appointment for our daughter on the wrong day. This resulted in our daughter sitting for nearly 2.5 hours waiting for the hair stylist to arrive. Not only was the ball dropped there though the business owner then listed our daughter for box braids instead of kinky twists, as requested. The business owner took no ownership over her errors. She proceeded to make childlike excuses for her mishaps which exhibited a great deal of unprofessionalism. My wife and daughter have no desire to return to this establishment as it does not meet their expectations. Clearly this individual has lost other customers as the greater majority of this salon's reviews rate very poorly. CONSISTENTLY OFFERING POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES!!!

Don't bother make an appointment, they take walk ins in front of your appointment leaving you hours and hours of waiting. I had a 9 o'clock appointment was told it would take 3 hours for my service, meanwhile walk ins are coming in from the street and leaving before I did. The owner was unprofessional and rude and had the nerve to give me uses hair products for my inconvenience. Save your money. They have a lot to learn about customer service.

I had micros done here some time ago. I was there from 7am to 2am! the owner locked us in the salon then sent her husband 2 let us out when my hair was done. my stylist had long nails trying to micro my short hair. there were other stylist there who clearly had more experience because their work indicated that. reading the comments its clear 2 see that possibly the owner or their friend wrote the good reviews; some reviews were on point, very unprofessional salon from the owner 2 most of the workers. It was like the national enquirer on steroids. The owner never apologized not once for my being there as long as I was. Also hair to go natural is not the name they should have because they clearly don't know how 2 care 4 natural hair. They rip through your hair, when natural hair is the most fragile hair type my braids were falling out 2 days later. The owner locking us n blew my mind what if there was a fire? SMH 2 bad 4 the stylist that have that r talented like steven bad busines

Was there to have my hair braided. I had two braiders. My hair is thick. it took from 9 until 4. I was very pleased with the service and I love my Micro braids

I had my locs started at H2N and was VERY happy with them. I will only. Let Lashon touch my locs so much so that I am willing to drive 2 hours from Canada for her to. Do them b/c I know she does a great job and is quick. My daughter recently got locs and I brought her to Lashon and we are pleased w the service there. If you can get in w Steve he is another great stylist who does make up eyebrows barbering hair!

I do not recommend this place AT ALL! I just moved to buffalo and needed a new salon. The owner is unprofessional and does a rush job. I told her I wanted a trim and I left the shop with a fade and my hair line uneven. When I asked her about it she said that their was nothing for her to do and asked if I wanted my eyebrows done!! I was highly upset but told her no thank you and left. She also talks about her clients when they leave the shop. However Some of the young girls are very talent !! I peeped there work while I was waiting 20 minutes to be greeted. Over all I give this place 2 star

HELLO MY NAME is Eric B from Rochester ny and iam a college student who needed a new shop to go to so i look uo HAIR TO GO NATURAL. This place was GREAT I have locs and they came out perfect the 22 year old young lady did a great job was professional and made me feel like i was at home. and the women who braided my hair treated me like a starrra. overall this place is good to get your locs retwisted and the price was great 55$ for a wash + retwist + style if you want. This place also caters to all hair type, as long as iam in buffalo this is the place to go or should i say HAIR TO GO NATURAL.

I think your expirence at this shop depends on your stylist. my daughter went there for micro- braids & her stylist was super slow and had the nerve enough 2 leave the shop 2 pick up her son from school we were there all day.I do understand that kids come first but dang let your client know that you have 2 leave for 30mins or so.left my daughter sitting in the beauty chair and didn't even inform her that she was leavinh the shop.I was on fire not 2 mention that the stylist was gossiping with her husband. in the end her hair didn't last at all. On the up side i did peep out a few other stylist at this shop that i'll try out, the shop is very clean and the people are nice thats y i say your expirence depends on your hair stylist.

They suck. They are over priced and the service is awful. The stylist are unprofessional, rude, and nasty. The owners are no better. I made an appointment and it took three hours just to be seen and they kept stopping to talk gossip. I asked one stylist if she did eyebrows she said yes I sat back down under the dryer and noticed several people looking at me and smiling. I pushed the dryer up to see why. The stylist I asked about the eyebrows was telling the whole shop I interrupted her conversation. Don't Go to this Ghetto salon.

I live in North Carolina but when visiting home always get my Human Hair Braids done at Hair 2 Go Natural,,,they are truly the leaders in this Market,,,thay are the Salon others try to copy. Top Management and friendly knowledgeable Stylist in a clean, safe location...means, no drama and Great Service...I depend on that consistency and they deliver it.

I was pleasantly surprise at their new location and the fact that they (Hair2goNatural) was the first dedicated Natural Hair Salon in Western NY started over 13 years ago...the Owners Althea & Mike make you feel at home...they actually had a cookout for their clients & workers on my visit,,,food was great...my kinky twist style was a 'DREAM"!!!

Very professional atmosphere and knowledgeable Stylist...i didn't have an apptm but they were able to service me anyway...love my kinky twist will recommend a friend...great safe secure downtown location. Warm friendly owner...Althea

I made an appt. 2 weeks in advance and when I got there the stylist was not there and no one in particular was assigned to do my hair. I was told by the owner, "Have a seat and the next person that comes in will be for you". I brought in a picture of exactly what I wanted and the "stylist" did not give me what I wanted. She was unprofessional, eating chips while doing my hair, and kept stepping outside to see if the store across the street was open yet. For the lack of professionalism and craft this salon is overpriced.
