I went to the mall several weeks ago to have a photo printed on a shirt which I received the same day after paying $50 for what felt like a piece of paper glued to the shirt. One wash later and the print cracked and peeled. I read the reviews of this business which were pretty bad but since the reviews are 10+ years old and they are still in business I decided to give them a try. If I had one word to describe my experience with The Shirt Guy it would be amazing!! From the product selection to the friendly staff I couldn't be more pleased. When I received my finished order (about 5 business days) I was blown away by the quality and especially the $15 price. Today I washed my shirt for the 3rd time and it looks like the day I picked it up. Do yourself a favor, check this place out. They are quality people providing quality products.

I was looking to have a custom shirt made with a photograph and a friend said "go to The Shirt Guy." The staff was super friendly and extremally helpful. I just picked up my finished shirt today and it is absolutely fantastic. I will definitely be back and referring my friends as well.

Hard a difficult time ordering online, so I went down to the store, where they told me to do it on their computer, with little to no assistance. (Terrible customer assistance) All the while explaining I wanted a t-shirt for my four year old. I even picked out a shirt from the rack and said this is the size I need. Did the artwork, and paid. They told me it would take over a week to do. So that was disappointing, because they give you the impression that they can do it faster than that, especially since they had the size and color shirt in stock. But that's fine I dealt with it. Then I go to pick it up and it's an adult small, obviously way too big for a four year old! And the printing on the shirt looks faded, as if it had been washed dozens of times. Waste of time and money, I should have gone elsewhere. And it's really ashame I would have ordered many more things in the future.

great store for getting that special shirt made, plus has great prices on t shirt, sweat shirts and a while bunch of other kinds of shirt

The printing is not done in a timely manner at all. The owner will tell you it will be done one day and you call that day and they proceed to tell you it won't be ready until the following day. Women on the phone is very quick to give you your money back. If you ask me the customer service is very very poor.

My shirts were late and looked horrible. Manager refused to talk to me though he was there. The woman I was left with was rude and even charged my card again instead of refunding me.

I am very disgusted at how I was treated. I designed the tee shirts for 4 individuals who have autism and also a shirt for the staff. There are approx 20 shirts. Very disorganized. I got the proofs and names were misspelled, graphics on the wrong shirt. Corrected at least 5 things. This is after I emailed the exact pictures of the ones I wanted and sat down with her to do them. I get the tee shirts and there is still things wrong, one if my boys is missing the back of his shirt with the graphics. The summit walk is today on 4/27/13. I just got them printed at 9pm. The man has the audacity to get nasty with me because he had to in convince myself and my boys to be out late, especially the night before the walk. Was complaining he had been there since 7am, no dinner, was just very rude. Iv never seen a place of business have this rude of a person running it. I will never go back and I hope nobody does either. They took weeks to do this and still took till the last minute blaming me for changes. The only changes I made was the issues they messed up on. They also messed up the back of my boys tee shirts. Never again. I need to get a new shirt printed up due to my boy not getting his graphic on the back. Ignorance to be such unreliable, inconsiderate, unorganized bunch of baboons iv seen. NEVER come to this hole. It will be nothing but back and forth, fixing problems, constantly wondering if your going to get your items in time for when you need it. I would rate this as negative 3 stars for my experience.

Went in the other day to get 2 shirts made and in between slices of Little Caesars Pizza the woman told me that it would take 4 days... Said thanks, walked out and went to the mall and had then done in 20 minutes...In this town word of mouth is everything and as the saying goes if you like the service you tell somebody, if you don't you tell 10 people... By the way, the $55 I spent on the 2 shirts would have bought 11 pizzas... Just sayin...

The photos are so clear & the captions are the perfect size & font-They are FABULOUS! The instructions for proper care of the garments was appreciated as well. We will definitely be back with more fun gift ideas in the future & we will recommend your store to our circle of friends and family. NICE JOB!

Worst service ever. I placed an order on monday. They said that it was no problem, it'll only take 2-3 days. Thursday rolled around and still no call, so I called them. They said it will take until friday. Friday came and no call, so I went to the store. They said they were working on out right now, but won't be available until saturday. Saturday I get a call saying that they can't maker it! The pixles were wrong on the picture I sent. I asked why wasn't I told this on monday when the picture was submitted? The woman said, "well we've only had since monday". Not sure what happened to 2-3 days... I immediately sent a new picture. They said it'll be available by monday, they would call me. By 3:30 I showed up and they hadn't even started it. I waited there until the did it.

WORST experience I have had in a store ever!! I was told that my shirt would take 2-3 day, ten days later I went in to pick it up and it was not ready. The owner repetadly screamed and me and told me I was a rude customer when I expressed my concern for not having my shirt in any sort of timely manner but he attempted to block my exit from the store when I refused to continue to discuss the situation whit them THEN he followed me to my car and continued to scream at me in the parking lot. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Even if I had been rude, which I don't think I was, that type of treatment is unacceptable. I will never return there and neither will anyone I know that has previously done business with them.

Nice store, very clean & products well displayed. Pricing very reasonable and almost downright cheap when compared to the quality of the garments. Friendly and engaging staff, very helpful. The best in custom printing that I have encountered.

Love this store! They really helped me out with a big problem. I ordered custom photo printed shirts online and paid extra to have them shipped in time for my wife's surprise party. They were never delivered. Not only did the Shirt Guy get them done for me, the design they did was much nicer and so was the PRICE!! I tell all of my friends about this place...IT ROCKS!

I've had nothing the the BEST service there!! The people, I thought were excellent with me. Friendly, helpful. If you had a bad experience then something had to happen more than what is being told. I love The Shirt Guy!! Keep up the great work.

Horrible customer service. Will never go back. It took 34 days to get one shirt printed. I made numerous calls, workers on the phone acted as if I was the one with a problem go to another shirt store
