Paid $8,000 for brand new plumbing for a total renovation. Different Plumbers came out, some were inexperienced and clearly not very skilled. Multiple faucets leaked within 3-4 months. 4 return visits to get it corrected. The final straw was the kitchen sink started leaking. They sent Ethan out to figure out the issue. He said my Kohler faucet was defective but he would install a new faucet free of charge since their work was still under warranty. I purchased a new faucet and set up another appt. 5th time I've had to take off of work to take care of Plumbing issues. 30 minutes before Ethan arrives on appt day, I get a call from their office and told that I would be responsible for the $200 install fee. I am shocked and expressed my displeasure to the girl calling me. Even she was in agreement that this was poor customer service. At this point, I've been without water in my kitchen for over a week. Basically backed in a corner and threatened with extortion that if I don't agree to pay $200, no one will show up. About 5 minutes later, Ethan calls and states he spoke to his boss and gave me the message that they were no longer interested in my business and he was not keeping his appt time. Guess the "Boss" makes the Plumbers cut ties with the customers instead of having the guts to do it. Ended up calling another Plumbing company that sent a Master Plumber. Turns out, there is NOTHING wrong with my faucet and the problem was that the first faucet was installed INCORRECTLY and the garbage disposal was not connected properly!!!! These guys are a bunch of clowns!!! I wouldn't trust them to fill a kiddie pool with water!!!! Don't wast your time. They might warranty their work but what good is the warranty if they treat customers like this!

Not sure about Cleveland location but not happy with Buford, GA. location. Could not figure out why furnace would not work after hot water heater was installed. Found Switch for furnace shut off. Could have been a accident ( Brushed up against it during install or forgot to turn back on). Tried them once before, took second visit to install part that should had been installed in first visit on toilets. Used them second time because staff is great and made first visit right. Also very good about showing up and returning calls. I would use them again because they do stand behind their work
