Absolutely no point in having an appointment. Every single time I have to come here I end up sitting here waiting in a room full of chaotic children for over 2 hours to be seen. This is absolutely ridiculous and I am about to find a new doctor.

Just notified today by Victoria that I owed a host of copays sense Jan 2106 totaling $1810.00. They have not asked me for a single copay until last week. Saying I owed $40. + $100. to see my Dr on this short notice w no paperwork. Today in the Palatka office I paid $40 copay, cash as their credit card mach out. ,Victoria told me I had to pay "MORE THAN THAT" to see Dr Polous for rx. Reminded her the machine was down & all I had was a $10 dollar bill. She said "THATS NOT ENOUGH"! I asked how much did "she" need? To which she replied another $40. I said I don't have that much more cash. As all the patients could hear, she proceeded to tell me it was UP TO ME TO KNOW HOW MUCH I SHLD PAY THEM EA VISIT! So... I called my ins co! She has never even filed a claim on me, dating back to Jan, and I am under no obligation to pay more than my copay. And to call my ins co and the will explain it is up to them to collect any fees at time of visit! Not me! She way at fault & EVERYONE will know!
