      Heidi combines her years of experience working with top chiropractic doctors and in prestigious spas to give you a truly unique treatment. She integrates the art of massage therapy with the most effective pain relief techniques into a soothing environment where healing of both mind and body can take place. Her passion is to enhance the lives of women by finding the cause of pain, relieving it and helping make healthy lifestyle changes that enable each person's body the opportunity to continue in healing itself. Her training in massage therapy began in 2000 at the American Institute of Massage Therapy in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. This provided a wonderful foundation on which to build and since she has striven to continually gain more training to be able to better meet the needs of her clients. Education is a lifelong process and Heidi's desire to seek ongoing training ensures her clients are receiving the latest and most effective techniques for relieving pain, improving function and living a healthier lifestyle. Some areas of particular interest have been in working with pregnant women and teaching them the amazing benefits that massage can have on their infants. She has received training in prenatal massage and is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. Her experience not only working with pregnant women but being the mother of two little ones gives women the confidence during this amazing time in their lives that they and their babies are "in good hands".
