Awful place to have hair feathers put in...they used false advertising and assured us that there were all kinds of colors available, and there are zero colors...there was only black and brown and white. Further more, they use incorrect methods to install them, and our feathers fell out an hour after they were "put in". Really bad customer service, and way overpriced, we lost a lot of money having our feathers put in because we had to go to a different (and more experienced) place to get them fixed, because, don't worry, we were denied even a partial refund...

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I along with a couple of my family members have been going for cuts and colors and have been very pleased. However lately the cuts that we have received have not been so great. They have been noticeably uneven and the color not so good. Other friends and family have commented on our cuts/colors and were shocked to see that we had gone to the Urban Salon Team and the amount of money spent should have been of higher quality. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and did go back again and still the same result so unfortunately even though the staff is extremely friendly & welcoming, some staff members are overpriced for the quality of cut and color you will receive. We are not willing to risk trying other stylists within the salon because of price.

such a knowledgeable staff and so friendly. They are all highly educated and i felt taken care of. I am able to move from stylist to stylist in order to accomodate my schedule or even if I want a different look. I have even had a different stylist do my cut and the colorist do my color. A professional and intimate family!
