Purchased Mifi 2200. Quit working after 3 weeks. Returned it 2 weeks ago. Can't get a status of the exchange or refund. No one will answer the online chat. Emails take over a day to answer. They will not call you. They say they don't use the phone for support...guess they don't use it for customer service either. It's taking forever to get through my exchange when they won't answer the email with what I am asking..instead they ask another question...then take another day to not answer my question yet again. Very bad customer service.

I could not find a guitar hero band set anywhere in the store, found it on their site and it was nearly 75% off retail. Scored a set and a lot cheaper then was expecting.

I would never use this business. I bought a cell phone from them. When I went to activate it I was told I needed a pin and the previous owner had not deactivated this account. When I contacted Krasee Kraseese inc VIA email because that is the only way to contact them. They said return the phone for a refund. I sent the phone and then a week later i got the same phone in the mail. No money returned no contact from the company. When you call them you only get voice mail. They do not return your calls. The online chat tells you to email them you can not have a conversation. DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY TO THEM. I am reporting to the BBB! If i could give them a minus rating I would.
