Allen & Sons were on time, responsible and took care of my dishwasher repair. Mitch and his assistant were very professional.

Called Allen and Sons and had an appointment scheduled for a couple of days later. They called 15 minutes before arriving and were there during the time frame agreed upon. The serviceman, Sonny, was very courteous and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. Fortunately, he had the part with him and the dryer was fixed within about a half hour, was very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to call them again.

Had a refrigerator that needed repair. They got the job done. Professional service, I recommend and would use in the future if I need any repairs.

Had them come out when 11 year old refrigerator broke down. I initially agreed to have them repair it and wrote a check for $200 while they ordered the a new condenser. I changed my mind later that day because I could buy a new one for about 450 more than the cost of repair. They refunded my deposit minus the service call without any problems. I would use them again if needed.

They came out quickly and had the parts on hand (dryer and then washer). Dave was the technician each time. The repairs weren't cheap, but they were well done, and Dave spent time explaining what had caused the break-down and how I could prevent it happening again.

Had a complex issue with my LG Washer. Allen & Sons not only diagnosed the issue correctly, they gave me advice that helped me work with LG to get approval for warrantee coverage for the parts for the machine (it is almost 5 years old and out of warrantee). The technician who did the repair, named Will was great. Knowledgeable, fast and neat.

The tech Sonny was wonderful and was very informative about the service he provided. Sonny was also very polite and love his accent. Would request him again, He was on time and was very helpful to resolve any issues or question that I had. The company also gives you a five year warranty on parts and 10 dollars off your service. Sonny was GREAT!

Called Alan and Sons and the response time was great. I called in the morning and (Bob) was there by 2:00 pm to fix our dryer . He diagnosed the problem quickly and corrected the problem. Bob was very friendly and was in and out of the house quickly and the dryer was fixed. Thanks Bob and Alan and Sons!!

Overall good experience. They were accommodating with an appointment time. Gabriel was pleasant, informative, diagnosed the problem quickly and had the parts necessary to fix my refrigerator.

Our three year old Samsung refrigerator stopped working, so I called 800-828-0887. I had used Allen and Sons previously with our dishwasher. It is confusing because they answer the phone: My Appliance Service not Allen and Sons and the invoice says My Appl. . . However, I was quite satisfied with the service. Our technician, Vince, was polite and professional.
