I ordered a heating element for Bosch dishwasher ..upon receiving the item which was shipped very poorly .
Upon returning and paying for return shipping..they claim that I tried to install the element which would be impossible..and voided my refund never send email and never send parts back to me.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY look on consumersaffairs review 98% negative

I ordered a dryer blower fan for a Kenmore Dryer. Paid to have it shipped to me by September 6-7, 2016. Part was not on time and when I called them to find out what was going on they hung up on me 3 times. They were rude and their customer service stunk. I told them I wanted my shipping and handling fees refunded and they hung up on me the first time, left me on hold for more than 30 minutes the second time (then hung up on me), and finally the guy I actually got a little help from told me the Manager refused to refund my fees (even though they promise to refund without question if their is a shipping issue). The third guy hung up on me when I asked to speak with a Manager higher than his direct Supervisor. I called back yet again and was finally given the Supervisors Managers name and contact information. I will call Monday to see what she may, or methinks may not do.

If you need parts or info this is the place, a great, well run business.

Truly impressive service! I have not only gotten correct parts from them a couple times with no trouble, but also correct, honest advice, and the video's are good.

The best part, however was last week after I picked up an electric dishwasher fill valve, I dropped it a couple feet down to a ceramic tile floor and broke it.

I called to order another one and after I told them why I needed it, I was given a brand new valve for free! Of course, they did caution me to be careful with the second one !

I was looking for some troubleshooting for a bad dryer and found exploded views of my machine, all of the parts, instructions for testing and even free answers via e-mail of any dumb question I had. Great!
