I recently purchased my 2012 Cummins from OAW. There were some difficulties with a part getting broken at the dealership (completely out of their control, and was not broken by OAW). All in all I waited approximately a month but they were giving me updates and trying to get the situation settled right away. I'm 5 hours from OAW so I was buying a vehicle sight unseen so I was nervous that it would arrive and it would not live up to my expectations. Frankly, the vehicle has been everything my wife and I had hoped for and so much more. Very friendly and helpful people!

I bought my Lexus this past November and the transmission went out. I did purchase an extended warranty that covered replacing the transmission and I just had to pay my deductible plus tax. I initially did not contact Ohio Auto Warehouse about this which later I found out I should have and they could have helped take care of some issues in the beginning process of getting this taken care of. After speaking with Robert he offered to reimburse me for my deductible and tax that was paid once car was fixed. I'm pleased with this and appreciate him offering to do that

We went just to look at a 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan. We were greeted by Brian and the van was inside the building for us to look at, we took a 15 minute test drive and 30 minutes we were driving our new van home. This by far was our easiest buying experience we have ever had. Everything that was on the website was exactly the way the vehicle was no B.S. At all just straight up no pressure here is the bottom line. Brian and the rest of the staff were great to deal with, they have the correct way to purchase.
