Did not receive what I ordered for a $40-50 order. Called to report it as I unpacked the order and the manager said they would send me a certificate for free food that day. Said it would be by email. Did not receive it. Called again and was told that I repeatedly called to complain, although this is only the second time I have ever purchased food there. Was told they do not usually send certificates by mail but I was told a couple of days ago that they preferred to send certificates by email. They made it look like it was all my fault. Never, ever again in this lifetime! Suddenly, their error is my fault. They will not listen when you call and accuse you of being argumentative when all you are trying to do is for them to hear you.
