- Eyelid SurgeryEyelid surgery usually takes one to two hours and is usually performed under sedation. During blepharoplasty, the Dr. Siwy makes incisions that follow the natural contours of your eyelids, including the lower eyelid area and the creases of your upper eyelids. These discreetly placed incisions may also extend to the outer corners of your eyes, to treat laugh lines or crow’s feet. The Dr. Siwy uses these incisions to remove excess fat and skin tissue before closing the incisions with sutures.
- Liposuction€œThank you so much for all the wonderful care and professionalism you showed me before and after my surgery. I couldn‘t be more pleased with my results.â€
- Breast AugmentationBreast augmentation surgery is performed under general anesthesia. Dr. Siwy will make the surgical incision along the crease on the underside of the breast. She works through the incision, creating a pocket under the chest muscle to accommodate the breast implant. Breast augmentation surgery will require an hour to complete. The incisions will be closed using invisible stitches.
- Breast ReductionMany women with very large breasts may suffer from a variety of medical problems as well as physical discomfort. These problems range from back/neck pain and skin irritation to skeletal deformities and even breathing problems. In addition, bra straps may leave shoulder indentations. Breast reduction, or reduction mammaplasty, is a procedure that removes skin, fat, and glandular tissue from the breasts. Breast reduction makes the breasts smaller, lighter, and firmer, and can also be performed to reduce areola size.
- Breast LiftBreast lift surgery reshapes and raises sagging breasts. Breast lift surgery can also be performed to reduce the size of the areola. If you have small breasts that have lost volume due to pregnancy or other factors, breast implants can be inserted during breast lift surgery to increase both size and firmness.

- BlepharoplastyBlepharoplasty (also known as eyelid surgery) is a procedure that removes excess fat and skin from the upper and lower eyelids. A blepharoplasty can correct drooping eyelids and puffy bags under the eyes, providing a more youthful appearance.
- AbdominoplastyAbdominoplasty, known more commonly as a “tummy tuck,” is a surgical procedure to remove excess skin and fat from the middle and lower abdomen and to tighten the muscles of your abdominal wall. By tightening your muscles and narrowing your waist, this procedure can dramatically reduce the appearance of a protruding abdomen.
