Used to get oil changes done here for both me and my wife,until one day took my vehicle in for oil change ,tire rotation and check 2 faulty elec windows. I marked my tires before dropping off vehicle so I could check later to make sure tires were rotated.I picked up vehicle at closing time, went home and discovered they did not rotate my tires,this made me suspicious so I looked at the screws that hold on the inside door panels and the screws were packed with dirt from me not cleaning them in a long time, there is no way they removed the panels to look at the elec. windows to determine why they weren't working yet they charged me almost $100.00 for window inspection.When I went back the next day to confront them they insisted I was wrong and that they rotated my tires which I am 100% positive they did not because I numbered them with chalk an the inside of the tire and when I got home I checked them and the tires were all in the same position they were before. Charged for work not done

I used to bring my car here for service found car is fixed right but will not work with Bob acts like he dose not want to help!! Went in for oil change new Guy at counter very helpful had them fix my brakes when I was there he showed me the problem gave me coupons much better service

I had brought my car in many years ago. A Fiero to be exact. The guy who put the vehicle on the lift dropped it off the lift. I think his name was Dave Wallace. It was ruined after deropping to the ground from 7 feet up. I think all Ed employs there are people with narcotic issues

I have taken 2 cars here with the "check engine" light on. Both occasions I made appointments; on both occasions I had to wait 3+ hours after the appointment time. First car: couldn't determine what was wrong; 2nd car, diagnosed problem, but could not fix it. I would recommend them ONLY for tire purchase or repair; will NEVER go back for mechanical service as they do not honor appointments and cannot seem to fix anything.

Good place for tires or car repair. They have been in business a long time and seem to want to make the customer happy. Even will give you a ride or loaner.

Had gone there to get the brake service. After waiting for >3 hours, the car was brought out of the garage, BUT with the "Check Engine Light" on! The car was in perfect good shape before except for the brakes that needed fixing. Besides not attempting to see if it was some mistake on their part that brought the light on, the Facility people lied and blamed me that the Check Engine Light was on when the car was brought to them; they also used quite inappropriate language. For the brake service also, as usual, something in addition to what I originally wanted was recommended. I agreed to get the additional part changed as advised, but the price quoted for the parts was ~two times the price for the part elsewhere. Upon mentioning this, the Facility person clearly admitted that they have to make money..hence the extra cost! At that time, I had not much choice other than getting the service done, but wonder if those people are there to do business of "car-repair" or of "money-making"??!!
