Using a relaxed, warm, engaging atmosphere A Different Attitude uses humor, compassion, and practical insights to help consumers develop self-love, acceptance, and care. We use a positive energy emphasis rather than focusing on a mental health diagnosis. We believe that while individuals may have a mental health diagnosis, that does not define them as a person. It is only a small part of the individual.
