Be careful of this business!!!!!!!! Their business practices are questionable in time of need. Their customer service is non-existent and their practices are unprofessional. I am filing a complaint with the insurance commission of NC as soon as possible. I pulled my business with this division and after careful thought, have decided not to use Nationwide at all. I am also happy to have done so since I got quit a substantial increase on my insurance when I began to review my same policies with different competitors.
