      IOP Mental Health offers an exceptional intensive outpatient program for adults in Cary, North Carolina. Natalie Chigozie, MSW, LCSW, and the team of board-certified psychiatrists, physician assistants, and licensed clinical social workers have more than two decades of experience helping adults struggling with severe mental health conditions. Patients receive medication management and intensive group therapy in the calm atmosphere of the IOP Mental Health office. One of the advantages of the team’s intensive outpatient program is that patients get the level of care they need while living at home. However, they’re never alone because IOP Mental Health manages a 24/7 call center. The team focuses on helping patients learn the skills they need to cope with their mental health challenges and reclaim a fulfilling life, whether they need anger management or struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, or bipolar disorder. The IOP Mental Health team incorporates an array of therapeutic approaches to group therapy, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBH), interactive exercises, mindfulness, family of origin work, and experiential approaches like art and music therapy.
