"100% Veteran owned and operated for over twenty five (25) years" We inspect and then remediate your residence to determine and then correct, the areas that will need professional remediation. • Which floors and rooms in your home are not currently in a (normal fungal ecology). • What building materials can be cleaned and decontaminated, and which materials must be removed and disposed. • What is the appropriate EPA registered chemicals (with MSDS) to effectively take care of the mold. • What engineering controls should be used and where (i.e. containment barriers and negative air devices). • What are the probable sources of the moisture that allowed for the mold growth. • Upon completion, a Certificate will be issued indicating that your residence has been returned to a Condition 1, (normal fungal ecology) as specified in the ANSI/IICRC S520-2008; "Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Mold Remediation, second edition." We perform some or all of the following services, on a case-by-case basis: • Containment: Full / Partial / Local • Pressure Differential: To inhibit any "cross-contamination" from occurring. • Remove & dispose of any contaminated material according to all regulations and/or national standards. • Remediate contaminated areas to such a degree that the subject property is returned to a (normal fungal ecology). • Issue certificate indicating that the subject property has been returned to a Condition 1, normal fungal ecology as specified in the ANSI/IICRC S520-2008; "Standard and Reference Guide for Professional Mold Remediation, second edition." • Issue limited 1 year warranty on all remediated areas (where applicable). • We also assist in stopping or retarding the mold from returning using the following methods: a. Masonry Wall Sealant b. Cracks repaired in the foundation c. Seal outside air leaks which prohibits moisture intrusion d. Install whole house ventilation & dehumidification e. Install crawlspace encapsulation f. Install ventilation system in crawlspace g. Install ventilation system in garage NOTE - All services performed by certified in-house staff; NO SUBCONTRACTORS! • We clean your carpets for health and appearance". • Our equipment delivers hot water extraction at 212 F. at the nozzle. • Our staff is all trained and certified, NO SUB-CONTRACTORS. • We use "Anti-allergen" chemicals which "denatures" all allergens associated with Cat, Dog, Dust Mites, Cockroach's, (Urine/Saliva/Fur/Feces/Skin Cells/Vomit) • "Denatures" means reducing the "Ige" antibody-binding capacity of the allergen. As a result they are no longer "recognized" by the body's immune system, thereby alleviating the body's allergic response. Provides a residual effect for up to 6 months.
