i dont know if you ve ever been promised things by businesses and have been super dissappionted, but i was by a waterloo jeweler and i got my money back. I didnt get the same 1.25 carat diamond i was shown when i put my downpayment on my ring and it was becuase precious art jewelers showed me how to tell if someone is being honest with you when i comparison shopped there, i admit i fell for the store who promised me the cheapest price , becuase i didnt believe a jewelery store would cheat you. Ha . I got a better quality made ring and a diamond that is really the one i agreed to purchase at precious art jewelers and it only cost me 900 dollars more than the switch and bait store. thats the best 900 ive ever spent, live and learn

I had taken in a wax model I wanted to have cast into ring, everything that could go wrong did. I cannot say they are not good at their job, but I was very disappointed. I took it to another jeweler who could hardly believe his eyes at the mess I had, but they made it right.
