      I have been going to Bliss since they opened. The owner is wonderful. She is the only person who can get my color right. The shop is very quaint and has a great ambiance. Very professional and relaxing. Stephanie (owner) is a great person and so wonderful with the clients. I highly recommend this place. :) The art work is amazing as well.
