We have had our pets groomed at The Dog House for many years and have had fabulous service and attention to detail. We now have a Pomeranian who absolutely LOVES to visit and a German Shephard that regularly boards when we are out of town. We also have a long-haired cat who is quite scared to be groomed and I have watched them groom him with patience and understanding. We would like to thank Angie and her staff for their caring attention to our pets whenever they are in their care.

I have taken my goldendoodle there several times for boarding and grooming, and thought the place was okay. I had him groomed someplace else and their service was much better. Went back to the Dog House out of convience, and received terrible service. My dog chewed up his leash even though they had a note in his file not to put the leash on his cage. They would not buy a new leash or credit me off the groom. So not only did I pay for a groom, but I had to purchase a new leash. I will not go back. Terrible customer service.

This place is horrible the owner was rude to me, so who knows how she was to my dog. The cut wasn't done correctly even when I gave her a picture to go off of. I was given an estimate over the phone, but when it came time to pay I was told a different total. I am very dissatisfied with the service.

I went to an interview there where I found out when I got there my interview consisted of grooming a dog. They never checked to make sure I was certified or anything! They gave me a matted shih tzu and I tried to get the tangles out nicely to get the long blade through it and the owner came back and started ripping the matts out of the dog. The dog started moving because of this and she took the clipper in her hand and hit the dog in the head with it. I walked out right there. I went to another job where I worked with other people who worked there and talked about the hitting that was always done and dogs getting cut and nothing being done about it. Such a sickening place.

I just recently quit working at the dog house as a pet groomer because the owner Angie is a very aggressive and very abusive person. The straw that broke the camels back was her smacking a dog the size of a shih tzu in the face with a wire toothed brush. Causing lacerations on the poor things face, gums, tongue and eye. And the worst of it, she made the pet owner think it was his dogs fault!!!! Absolutely disgusting behavior, please don't ever trust this place to care for your pet.

Excellent service and attention to detail. Recommend to all of my friends. Since taking over their new location, parking and convenience is wonderful. Looks great everytime and luvs to go back!

I've taken my 2 Yorkies to Frey's for vet care and grooming for the last 4 1/2 years. When I was told the grooming and vet care was going to be seperated I was a little apprehensive. However I still have the same groomer as always (Susie), she just works for the Dog House instead of Frey now. My little girls LOVE her and shake their rear ends just to see her or when I mention her name. She does an excellent job on their care too! I'm sorry that other people have had a bad experience with the

grooming but I think most of the praise or complaint should go to the groomer and not the business itself. When I have a bad experience with the business I'll comment on that too - and I hope it never happens.

I won't be going back! I had my Yorkshire Terrier to these people from 9am till 3pm. When I went to pick him up at 3pm he still wasn't done. One of the other girls whispered to the other one that she forgot about him! I will Never go back to this place until they clean up their act. She kept telling me over the phone when I made my appointment that they've been in business for years and that they just bought another location. (Where Frey's Pet Hospital used to be apparently) Funny thing, When I finally went back to get my dog 4:30pm, another lady was getting her dog and was upset about how they treated her dog. I've had to say That's it! I will now be grooming my own Yorkshire Terrier from now on Or I'll take my money elsewhere.
