      G.W. MERRICK & ASSOCIATES, LLC ( the Firm ) was founded in the Denver Tech Center in January of 2006 by Glenn W. Merrick, a highly respected trial and insolvency lawyer who had spent more than twenty-five years practicing in large and prestigious law firms in downtown Denver. The Firm was formed to provide superb corporate, real estate, litigation and insolvency representation to an impressive range of clients small, medium and large. Finally, we have successfully represented high profile clients in NASD and AAA arbitrations. On the reorganization/workout side of the practice, our lawyers have posted remarkable results. Over the past several years, we have served as lead counsel in numerous successful reorganizations of business enterprises in natural resources, finance, real estate development, communications and medical products ( e.g. Redstone Resources, Inc, D.E. Frey Group, Inc, Peoples Wireless, Inc and U.S. Orthopedic Corp. ).
