I am wondering why this shop is not rated since they have been in business for 15 years. I do not know how since they do not make their customer a priority or wish for them to return in the future. Their policy for returning Christmas presents was one week or Jan.2. I did not know their policy since I live in Rochester, N.Y. and was unable to make my return until today (Jan. 30). only to find that my $102,00 gift was now on clearance for $51.00! The only thing they offered was store credit (remember I live in Rochester) for the clearance amount (they have my daughter in laws $102.00). What a rip off!!
