Before going into private practice, I was an attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice in Los Angeles, Miami, and Washington D.C. In that time, I litigated immigration appeals in every circuit of the U.S. Courts of Appeals, worked side by side with dozens of immigration judges, and routinely consulted with ICE officers and attorneys, as well as staff attorneys with the Board of Immigration Appeals. I now run a full-service immigration law office with a focus on: obtaining green cards for foreign investors;bringing foreign athletes into the United States to compete in their sport; helping individuals of exceptional ability obtain work visas and green cards through a self-petition process;keeping families together by guiding them through the legalization and citizenship process;assisting foreign nationals who have been placed in removal proceedings due to their criminal history; and working with employers and employees to obtain work-related visas.
