Danny got to the bottom of our issue and then proceeded to complete several other projects that my husband had on his wish list. We were very impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work. Before he left he even cleaned up every speck of dust that was left behind when he replaced the cover for our light switches.

Eric Hebert was magnificent! He was professional, kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose the problem with my kitchen / dining room lights quickly and easily, showed me the damage on the parts that needed to be replaced, explained why these parts needed replacement -- and did all of this using words that were easy for me to understand. He offered to attempt to find the replacement parts locally and when he found them, he offered to drive to buy them, return to my home, and install the new parts -- all on the same day. When he returned, he replaced the damaged parts with the new ones he purchased, again, efficiently and professionally. I do not know if the electrical repair work that he did today could have been less expensive with another company, but honestly, I do not care. I thought the price was very reasonable, and he presented with a truly genuine desire to help get my kitchen and dining room lights working again for me as quickly as possible. Thanks!!!

Hector was professional, courteous and most pleasant from entering our home in "carpet savers" until the work was done. After showing us the cause of the initial problem - break in underground yard light wire not in pipe, in ground less than 6" and spliced - he offered to do a safety check on our home, which saved us from possible fire and/or electrocution. We've lived here 40 years and had work by other "electricians", either not doing what we asked or taking dangerous short-cuts. Hector gave a detailed report of problems, what needed to be done, and cost. He showed us problems - burned wire insulation in wall above meter box, double wired breakers, lack of GFCI outlets, ungrounded garage wiring, etc, Mr. Sparky pairs their newest techs with more experienced techs to make sure Mr. Sparky standards met. We are please with quality of work, materials used and professionalism of techs. We now feel safe in our home. Thank you, Mr. Sparky, Hector, Chris and Eric.

Fast, efficient and courteous - very professional

Service tech was very professional and took the time to explain any concerns.

I needed a new breaker panel installed and a few new circuits. Job was just beyond my DIY comfort level. Called Sparky and Hector V set up appt promptly and came on time. Very knowledgeable about potential safety issues & code, but listened closely to what I wanted. Found corrosion in mains power wires which had been causing some other problems I had. Hector was super-friendly and non-judgmental about my home's state of disrepair. Work was fully explained beforehand with opportunity given to modify the scope to meet budget. This guy will NOT try to cheat you. Afterwards, work was demonstrated and clearly explained again. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. So glad I didn't go with neighbor's cousin's friend from high school. Professional job by a true tradesman.

Hector Vasquez Was the person that came out to service me . I was a nervous Wreck because my House could have caught on fire as one of the breakers was burning. I had to end up having a significant amount of work done and it was going to be costly.. Hector Went over all the options for me and I was still worried that I woyuld not have enough money. He went the extra mile for me to make sure that my needs were taking care of and saved me some money. He did not leave me and come back the next day and he made sure that I was absolutely taken care of. This Company is Everything they say they are and more and you have no idea How much I appreciate Hector and his company Helping me with this difficult situation. The technician was very knowledgeable. He found problems with my electric that I didn't know I had. One being that the house wasn't even grounded. I thought their pricing was a little high but considering how long it took and the care used in fixing my problem I had no problem paying. For once I had a repairman that didn't leave a mess for me to clean us and didn't damage anything in the process. I was given an cost before all work was started and could decide what work was going to be completed. The Technicial was very polite and professional. I will be calling him back to complete the work that I couldn't afford to do today when finances are complete. Thanks Mr. Sparky!!
