AWFUL! Never go to this hair butcher. Daughter went to get hair ombre and came out with orange hair and 4 inches shorter than she asked for because the girl "Ann" messed up. Not only did she mess up, but then tried to fix it by putting toner in it then charged my 140.00. We called and told Manager, Mary what happened, she was very apologetic and said she could fix it, it would not take long. She went back and came out with brown streaks and still orange, 2 more inches cutoff. Now a pixie cut - and orange. Gave us a $30.00 refund. Called back because now we had to go get it fixed again before her birthday party and told the manager we wanted a refund. Manager told us to call owner "Vicki"and owner said it was to late to get a refund and she tried calling to get my daughter in to correct it yet again. Of course, she did not want to go to that place again. Why would she go back for the third time???? Next time she may come out bald. Vicki said she would not give us a refund, she would only try to fix it. $140.00 was worth it to her to lose a family of customers that would make up the refund in 3 haircuts. Great Customer Service - Sunny and Shears!

I have been going to Sunny and Shears for a long time. When my stylist left, I didn't know what to . do. So I decided to go introduce myself to a young woman named Jo. Jo is a very professional stylist. She listens to what you want and ads her own special touch. I have a weave, and there are not too many stylists who can do this. So I made an appointment with Jo, and haven't been happier. Extremely pleasant, very up person for a young woman, as long as JO is there I won't be leaving. She does little children and they seem to love her. Next time you are around there walk into the shop, introduce yourself and leave the driving to her.

Bonnie has been doing my hair for 24 years. I REFUSE to go anywhere else. From the time she had her own salon, up until now since she has moved to Charleston she's been making my hair look amazing. If I have something in mind she knows exactly what to do, and even if I don't and she does her own thing, it always looks like I stepped right out of a magazine. Wherever she goes I will 100% follow her. If you're looking for a new stylist, you've found her!

I went to Sunny and Shears the other day and was helped by Thea Sterling. She was absolutely amazing. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do but after a few suggestions from her I just let her go with it. I was totally satisfied with the results and I will definitely be going back to see her! I highly recommend her.

I am very proud to say that the stylist who does my hair...my magician is Bonnie.I have followed Bonnie for quite some time...she ALWAYS does a fantastic job.I usually leave it up to her as to what I get done,but I know she really listens to my concerns or issues,I appreciate this.I get an enormous amount of compliments on my hair everywhere I go.

Where ever she goes I will be!

My previous stylist had been cutting my hair for about 10 years and decided to change careers. When I went for a perm at JCPenney, I met Bonnie. She did a wonderful job and was very pleasant. Since then she has been cutting my hair probably for the last three years. She is wonderful and I have never had any issues. When I found out she was leaving I of course followed her to Sunny Shears! She always remembers me and asks about my daughter. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new stylist.

I would like to say that I had one of the best experiences ever euth my hair.I an a cancer survivorand I went to JC Penny when they did the free haircuts last fall.I met Bonnie and felt so comfortable with her and what she did with ny hair.I have wavy hair and it is very hard to cut.I loved evertthing she did.I lost touch with her until recently when I was told where she moved to.it is very hard to find someone who knows what tbey are doing and does it well.Having over 30 years experience in the hair industry, including most of thode in her own salon, Sunny and Shears is very lucky to have her.I send everone I know ti her as I get compliments on my hair often.

Bonnie does my whole family she does a wonderful job at cutting kids, men, and womens cuts!! I followed her from pennys and I wouldent go to anyone else...

I came into sunny and shears last week for a highlight and haircut with Thea Sterling. I was very impressed with her helpfulness with me to find the look I was craving and had not found anywhere else. I had recently separated from my husband and wanted a fresh new look, this is exactly what Thea gave me.

She cut my hair and did my high lights and I was so amazed by the outcome! I would definitely recommend that everyone that steps foot into sunny and shears request Thea she is an amazing hair stylist and was very nice to me. Over all I would again recommend that you go see her.

I want to first say that I am very picky when it comes to my hair. I had let my hair grow for several years and it was very long. Vikki, owner of Sunny and Shears, cut at least 10 inches off and gave me a beautiful inverted bob. I had this cut prior to growing my hair out. She stacked the back perfectly and gave me some gorgeous highlights. I have been in the Charleston area for 2 years, but went back to the upstate for my hair cuts. l am so glad that I have found a hair stylist here that I will continue to go to for all of my future hair cuts and color. Anf besides being a great stylist... they have some of the best prices in the area!!! Thanks Vikki for an amazing new look!!!
