Just started with her, she took the time to explain the options for my son's teeth. She was honest about waiting for braces until his last baby teeth were gone. I liked her and her office staff. She takes United Concordia (State employee) dental insurance, so what little the insurance will cover will actually be direct billed to them. All in all a nice place.

This doctor was very rude to me when I lost my job and she would not refund monies that I paid her. My insurance paid $1800.00 and I personally paid $1200.00 out of my pocket. She dropped me because I was downsized from the job......but dentists are not suppose to drop a patient during treatment. I reported her to the American Dental Board and I should have sued her for breach!!!! Her Office Manager at the time did not realy message to her at all. I may have been 2 payments of $98.00 behind and she would have received her monies within a week!!!! A royal pain I incurred from her unprofessionalism.I am currently going to a different doctor and I am so glad that I am with him. I will be out of these braces in less than 2 months!!!!DO NOT USE HER.........SHE'S A BAD EXAMPLE FOR TRYING TO ACHIEVE GOOD RESULTS!!!
