      The best selection and service--NEW OWNER!

      There's a new owner at Chantilly Place in downtown Lowell and she is herself an amazing dress designer. They have a huge selection of all-occasion formal attire for every event. If they don't have it, they'll make it. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and they have great business hours. I'd check it out for any upcoming event!
