A graduate of Jefferson Medical College. From directing psychiatric units to initiating buprenorphine/naloxone programs, Dr. Milburn played a key role in developing opioid treatment protocols. The Cherry Hill facility offers medical detox, inpatient rehab, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient (IOP) services.
