We were a mess!



Our email was down, our server was inconsistent. We basically couldn't do anything for a week. It was so frustrating.



I met Bob at a networking event. Pleaded our case. He came out a few days later to evaluate our situation. We had major IT issues that our current company failed to address. Bob rearranged his tech's schedule so that he could come out and assist us. Over the week Bob sent out 3 techs, each with a different specialty. They finally figured out our myriad of issues and resolved them.
