We also provide management of heavy bleeding including in-office endometrial ablation which results in permanent thinning of the lining of the uterus and decreases or stops menstrual bleeding.Our Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery service offers routine gynecologic care and treatment to individuals with urogynecologic disorders. This includes patients suffering from urinary and fecal incontinency, as well as pelvic floor relaxation. Dr. Alnaif is a specialist not only in diagnostic techniques such as urodiagnostics and ultrasound, but is also able to perform complicated pelvic reconstructive surgery.State-of-the-art diagnostic modalities, including multichannel urodynamics and cystourethroscopy, for all forms of incontinence and pelvic floor disorders.Broad range of obstetrical services. Among these are pre-natal care that gives equal emphasis to the well-being of the mother and of the fetus; fetal monitoring through ultrasound and other techniques; childbirth preparedness and consultation for high-risk pregnancies.
