      Dr. Fred Williams, a board-certified obstetrician/ gynecologist, practices with Chesapeake Regional Obstetrics and Gynecology, part of Chesapeake Regional Medical Group. Dr. Williams received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Va. and completed his residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Va. He is Chesapeake Regional Medical Centerâ??s primary on-call OB/GYN, providing around-the-clock coverage. Prior to his medical career, Dr. Williams worked as an outreach director, mentoring youth then received a masterâ??s degree in secondary education.
