Your service tech, Josh Thigpen, came to our home to service our Samsung front load washer. It required many parts to be ordered. The price of the parts was more than the price of a new washer. We decided to buy a new washer, top load. We want to thank Josh for being honest with us about our repairs.

I would recommend these folks every time for appliance repair. Good, fair, honest, polite, and ON-TIME! They've actually worked to save us money in some cases. No complaints, lots of praise.

DJ, owner, was on time, very professional. He reviewed the problem, make adjustments to controls and made recommendations for more efficient use. He could have told me that some major part needed replacing and charged me a big fee, BUT, he did not!! We will call him again for any appliance repair needs.

Excellent Service!! I just found this company on the internet this morning when my dryer stopped heating and was a bit nervous dealing with someone new. Wow, was I impressed! The technicians literally just left my house and they are so nice. I called in this morning, they were here within an hour and a half and let me know the problem within minutes. They didn't charge a huge fee to come out and they gave me their prices right away. (Which are very reasonable I might add) I promise you I'm a real customer and today's experience makes me feel good to know that there are still good and honest people left in this busy world. Thank you guys so much and you can be sure that my family and I will refer you to anyone looking for appliance repairs. :)
