The people who own and operate this restaurant are very nice. The restaurant is always very clean and the food is great.

I'm not JUST saying that they have terrible service just by one visit. EVERYTIME WE HAVE EVER GONE THERE, WE WAIT FOR EVERYTHING, except to be seated. We sit and wait for someone to even acknowledge us for 15-20 minutes. Even when there is barely any customers there, we are always waiting. As if they always have a shortage of workers 24-7. No one greats you, no one says "we'll be with you shortly"... We sat there for 20 minutes, without a single person, saying anything to us, so we left. even the people around us are just sitting there, waiting to order, or waiting to fill their drinks. Waitresses are slow, and never check on you, and never refill drinks. I'm never going back there. Their food is good, if you feel like waiting, 45 minutes to an hour just to get your sushi, which you're going to eat in 10 minutes and then wait another 15-25 minutes to get your check. Its unforetunate, but I wouldn't reccommend this place to anyone. I've given that place plenty of chances, been there about 7-8 times, and this last time I had to walk out. No one said hello, no one even looked in our direction, a lot of the customers were frustrated.....HAVE PLENTY OF TIME AND PATIENTS WHEN YOU GO TO THIS PLACE... THEY ONLY SEEM TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE HIBACHI GRILL, I DIDN'T EVEN SEE A WAITRESS ON THE SUSHI SIDE. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK THERE, they have been consistently terrible every single time. GOOD LUCK IF YOU EAT HERE... they are SLOW SLOW SLOW, with everything they do

Last New Years eve, I went to Japan Smurai and it was reallly, soooooooo good, This restraunt has good, great, wonderful services and wonderful food. This is my FAVORITE restraunt in this world. The owner had expanded this restraunt and the interior decoration is so great. The best thing I love about this restraunt is well i LOVE all of it.I really recommend to go to this great restraunt. Best restraunt in the world!!!!!!!!!
