Great little place. Very professional, definitely they know what they are doing. I was always able to get last minute appointments, haircut always comes out perfect. Every time we get there my dog gets happy and excited, that tells me they treat her good. Recommend to everybody!

At the last minute before leaving my dog with a petsitter, I realized it was going to be almost 100 degrees all week long. I called every place I could find to get a last minute appointment to shave (like a puppy cut, about 1/2 inch long) my double coated Aussie type dog. Serenity Pet Spa gave me an immediate appointment, was extremely courteous and gave my dog the best cut I have seen on her in 10 years! I've shaved my dog myself in the past before and know how hard it can be, the groomer took extra time to get her just right, and even declined when we offered to pay more to make up for her time. I had a few specifics I had asked for (how I wanted her tail cut etc.) and everything was perfect. When I first got there, my dog was greeted and let into an open area where she could walk around and even go outside to explore and meet other dogs. She was very relaxed, happy and barely noticed me leaving. Every other dog there was wagging there tail and "smiling". I HIGHLY recommend Serenity Pet Spa and Hotel and don't plan on ever switching groomers again.

Lindsay was awesome with Coco. Coco is really nervous when people touch her paws, but somehow Lindsay was able to calm her down and then did a teriffic job grooming her. I will never take my dog to another place!!!

WOW!!! I have been searching for the perfect groomer for years! My 14-year-old Precious loved Lindsay and Kim. She was immediately at ease and I knew I didn't have to worry about her there. They took extremely good care of her, went out of their way to be gentle and gave her the best grooming she has ever had! It is very obvious they are both animal lovers. I have already recommended Serenity to my sister, who booked an appointment this morning. Keep up the good work, girls! Precious and I will see you next month!

I tried Serenity Pet Spa recently although my dog gets groomed regularly at a different groomer and my cocker spaniel and I had the best experience! My dog, Lady, usually gets so nervous and we had a totally different experience at Serenity. Lady got one on one attention and was much more comfortable going into Serenity. When I picked her up she looked amazing. The groomer gave me some great advice on a different style cocker cut and I let her have full reign and Lady looked great. I would recommend Serenity to anyone!!!
