I stopped at a dentist office near my hotel because of their large sign by the highway. They informed that I needed an oral surgeon instead of a dentist, so the person at the desk made a couple of phone calls. When she called your office and explained my situation you immediately agreed to see me the same afternoon. At your office the people at the desk were kind and calming. Even though I didnt have all of my insurance cards with me, I was able to provide some of my insurance info and they quickly took care of the rest. I completed the standard paperwork and was called in within minutes. Your nurse/assistant had a very kind and caring nature about he. To my surprise there was almost no wait until you came in. You provided detailed explanation and diagnoses and actually discussed the circumstances with me. You gave me choices. I have spent the last 10 days away from my home working out of a hotel. I have been lonely, suffering, angry and all around miserable. In a very short time at your office, you and your staff fixed more than just an ailing tooth. You renewed my faith in what I thought was an ailing system. I was able to eat a good dinner tonight and will likely get a good nights sleep for the first time in a long time. You sir, and your staff are a tribute to your profession! I will be forever grateful for your care giving, which you proved is so much more than just fixing an ailment.
