When my dog was picked up he was covered in feces. It was thick and matted into his coat so you know he had been in it for awhile. My daughter brought him home and her car was covered as well. I had to. bath him 3 time to clean his coat. When I called Broadmoor the woman said well if we had known we would have given him a bath. That's it. No explination as to why my dog had been living in his own feces for two days. This is by far the worst case of neglect I have ever come across. I would never trust them with my dog again under any circumstance!!

Best groomer for my dogs, dog are happy when come home, and they do both or three of my dogs at time. dogs love the bandanas and wear them for months. My dog that past away would let take bandana off ( Oero love the groomers at broadmoor. Thanks Barry

This was a terrible experience for my dogs. They came home covered with feces due to lack of attention and outdoor space, the desk staff seemed irresponsible and immature w/o customer service skills, i.e., looking @ customer when speaking or greeting the animals, rather they continued to chomp gum and talk on cell phones while attempting to conduct business. The facility reeked of ammonia that was eye-watering at the front desk and certainly harmful to the noses and eyes of confined animals. Mine came home w/ sensitive foot pads that I thought were due to pacing from discomfort. After hearing others talk about their Broadmoor boarding experiences, I suspect that the sore pads may have been caused by pacing compounded by chemical burn. I will never again subject my pets to the incompetence of Broadmoor East. I wish I had been able to find a review on the service before learning the hard way.
