LOVED this place. My husband and I are from Texas originally, and have been searching for a more authentic dining experience. If you're more accustomed to Tex-Mex or West-Mex, you may like Guadalajara better. Fans of more authentic (less Americanized) Mexican food should give this place a try. We were lucky enough to stop by on a Saturday, so they had Carnitas - they were AMAZING. I ate until I couldn't eat any more, and THEN ordered Sopapillas!
