It's so nice to deal wih people that get it right the first time. When I call I get a person not a machine. Maybe they are pretending, but it feels like they are happy to talk to me. Monday I called to change to a new car they asked me questions said they would call me back with what it would cost me. Then like 5 minutes later a guy called and explained they could change what I had or they could write a new policy for me. The thing is, he took the time to go through the pros and cons of each choice. I asked them to fax my proof, they did but my machine was super low on ink, so I called back and asked if they could email me instead- no problem and they emailed it to me. Nothing ever seems to be a problem, where I was before EVERYTHING was a problem.

I got tow truck insurance from Urban insurance and I was able to cut $640 off where I had it last year.I was able to get my certificate the same day so I could get my plates.Easy quick and price was lowest I found.Only thing I would say is it was hard to park by their office, but they told me to call them when I got there and they brought the paper out to my truck.

I've had Urban car insurance since I moved back from college. I went online to SuperPages.com and UrbanInsuranceAgency.com had the lowest price, hands down. I just put down $60 and they electronicly filed the sr-22 the "same day".I told my sister to go to Urban Insurance.
