Worst Veterinary experience I have ever had. Extremely expensive and unless you have the owner of the clinic as your veterinarian you should not take your pet there if your pet has anything serious wrong with it.

I called for simple information about their rates, how hard is it to tell me what they charge? They told me they needed to get in touch w/ the vet. I called them back 3 times and they still couldn't give me an amount, they came up w/ so many excuses. I felt that they were incompetent and that they wanted to charge me an amount based on my situation, completely taking advantage of me. Meanwhile my pet was ill and needed medical attention. I wanted to take my dog there because it was closer and I didn't want to stress my dog out but luckily I found another vet in the area and they treated me with open arms, I will never think to bring my dog there nor recommend that anyone brings their dog to this place. Imagine if this was an emergency or if you were calling to get the status of your dog, these people would never call you back or they would give you the run-around. Truly unprofessional and irresponsible.

The staff is always helpful and truly care about the customers and the pets.
