Nice place for restaurant owners and chefs. Selling only professional restaurant equipment and supply. In my opionion, this is the best place to shop restaurant equipment and supply in Los Angeles and Orange County. I owned a sushi bar in Corona. Used to shop their first store in Monterey Park. With this City of Industry location opened a year ago, it saves me an hour of driving. This new location is huge and full of all kinds of good stuff. I will keep on shopping here.
