We have a problem every time we go in and order a large order to go. We will call it in so that it will be ready when we get there. Never has it been ready. They say that we don't take orders like that. I don't understand why when we call they don't tell us that they don't take orders over the phone. We have also went a few times to order several of the buckets and they say that they can't sell that much to one customer. Never thought it mattered who was buying it as long as it was paid for.
The KFC in Bridgeport,WV has definitely some issues. Not sure why but everytime I go there my order is wrong. I can't remember the last time I was there they didn't mess up my order. Something need done. I keep on giving chance after chance at no success. I got home this eve and I didn't one again get what I ordered. Then when calling the # listed on the receipt it's a fax # no matter when I call. I sure missed the one in downtown Clarksburg, they only occasionally messed up. After this review my next step it trying the corporate office. Thanks for the disappointment KFC.
