      Slow loan processing. Fired first loan officer after a simple refinance took over 1 1/2 months and still wasn't ready. Second loan officer, very unprofessional, amateur professional etiquette. Not a very personal touch. Have had other problems: ATMs frequently not working, transaction problems with the tellers. I'm always telling myself "I have to move my money somewhere else."
