These people are nothing but rip off artist. Never let them touch our car. If you do not buy something your car will truly need repaired after you leave. I was quoted on two jobs that were priced very high. When I told them no they went hysterical. After they put my car back together I left. So instead of paying the $400 I went to another repair shop. The new repair shop looked at the vehicle and said the only problem was that the wires to the two devices were unplugged. The plugged the wires in for me and sent me on my way at NO charge. Thank God for some honest people. Belleair Express is not.

Great for general care I but had a bad break job. They replaced the rotors though I did not need new ones. Then, a lot of shaking in the steering wheel. First time I took it back he couldn't feel the shaking so gee - no problem. Second time he said it was the calipers. I have taken it to another shop and it is not the calipers. The 'new' rotors have been turned and the shaking in the steering wheel has stopped but new mechanic said the rotors are still warped. Now they are eating into the cheap pads causing a grinding noise. Bottom line is: I NEED A NEW BRAKE JOB. So what Belleair Lube warrantees the parts for two years. They are only going to sell me more work I don't need instead of replacing defective parts under warrantee. Okay to get your oil changed there but take your brake job someplace else.

I have lived in Largo for many years. This business has major claims on file with the BBB. I remember seeing the story on the local news regarding this shop over charging the young lady. The owner really showed his other side that would make people not trust him. I felt bad for the reporter who was cussed out for only doing his job. I know people that went there for repairs and the charges were too high so they left. As for the two friends of the owner who placed the positive remarks, remember you can not judge a book by its cover. Records are free to look up!!!

I have been doing business here for over 8 years and they are the most honest repair service I have seen in over 30 years. They are very friendly to women and the owner is very gracious to all his customers. I have referred over 45 people to his location and they all have the same opinion as mine. Its sad to see a lady who writes terrible things about this business as I can tell you they are not true. Other customers of his who I dont even know all say good things about him too when we are waiting to have service done there. Shame on you Mary as you must be a very unhappy lady and certainly not a christian one.

The Ladies Comment On This Business Is Very Untrue As I Have Been A Very Loyal Customer For 10Years. Never Once Did They Overcharge Or Suggest Repairs That Were Not Needed. I Personally Have 3 Vehicles That They Repair And I Have Personally Referred Over 20 Very Satisfied Friends And Associates To Them Who Feel The Same Way That I Do. It Seems This Lady Who Berated Them Has An Axe To Grind That Bears No Merit Whatsoever.

DO NOT GO TO BELLEAIR EXPRESS LUBE AND AUTO REPAIR VERY DISHONEST AND HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE CONSUMER. IT IS ALL ABOUT MAKING A QUICK BUCK. A LOCAL NEWS STATION DID A STORY ON OVER CHARGING A CUSTOMER THAT ONLY WANTED A OIL CHANGE BUT THE BILL WAS FOR A MAJOR REPAIR THAT NEVER HAPPEN. DO NOT GIVE THIS SHOP A PERSONAL CHECK DUE TO THE FACT WHOS IN JAIL SHOW INSURANCE FRAUD/STOP PAYMENT ON A CHECK TO DEFRAUD ALL FELONY CHARGES. A SHOP LIKE THIS SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN.
