At the end of November 2013 I paid Peterson Auto over $600.00 for repairs they found were neede on the front end of my vehicle seals, etc. included in this was a front end alingment I returned my car because it was still drifting to the right & had a chattering feeling on the front end, that was another $100 + dollars. Today I am at another garage my font tires are worn on the outside the cars alingment is in horrible condition and I now have to start all over. I called and told them it was not right but they continued to tell me it was fine. I would hate to think that being a trusting person and a women would give them the right to take advantage. All I can say is what goes around comes around. Be careful if you bring your car to Petersons.

Usually I do not do reviews but this place deserves one! I was very very impressed with the owner, Kevin, he was friendly & polite, honest and fair! I will be back to get more work done on my car. no pressure< he gave me the quote did the work and was a cool dude too! I haven't stopped talking about Peterson Auto since I left. Support Local ...check them out....two locations!

This is the only place i go to have any car work done, THE ONLY PLACE. They are honest with the customers and fix the problem right the first go round. Owners like to race decked-out bikes on their free tme, so you know these mechs arent just some monkey's with renches. Bought a car with a slipping clucth (actually burnt clucth) and brought it here for repairs bc my girlsfriends dad said they did great work. Now my car is chripping all the way through 3rd gear and its been over three months, thus great parts and installation. Point is, no a days its getting really hard to trust poeple. You have no idea who your bringing you car/truck to trust them to have repairs done honestly, correctly, and done right. There guys love what they do, do it right, and wont charge you a years pay. Currently a fulltme worker and college student, so money is earned through blood and sweat. They did a great job thats why I'm infroming everyone else of the quality of Peterson's!

Peterson Truck and Auto is by far the best garage that I have ever used for any of my vehicles. They are professional and have a great work ethic. They go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are satisfied. They immediately diagnosed water in the fuel tank of my diesel truck and took care of the problem right away. I will highly recommend their services to all of my friends, and will continue to have my newly purchased 2003 Ford F250 Super Duty Diesel truck serviced by them. Thank you!

This place's motto is to cater to women but not women who know their way under the hood of a car. First problem, I told them to replace my upper and lower radiator hoses which are rotting out - the service dept took it upon themselves to not change because they had not sprung a leak yet (wanted changed because I am doing more traveling and I did not want to get stuck on the side of the road when one does decide to "spring a leak." I also was charged $69.95 for a/c recharge that was not done (they told me that the freon would not hold) but for the last 6 months I have had another auto mechanic put in freon and my a/c would stay cold for about a month. After I left Peterson, I went directly the other mechanic to find out if they put in freon, I was told no. Lastly, I left Peterson and got directly on a high speed highway and their mechanic did not latch my hood down. Oh, but I did get a stuffed animal.....thanks but I would have preferred air, new hoses, and my safety, more!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Charles Cardwell March 14 at 10:38am Report : I came into Peterson Auto Repair after having gotten a diagnosis from another repair shop that said it would cost more than the worth of my truck. However, I brought it into Peterson Auto repair, and come to find out, the original diagnosis was wrong. The people at Peterson Auto took really good care of me, and kept in constant contact letting me know what the real problem was. Not only did they let me know what the real issue was, it wasn't going to cost me half as much as what I was previously told. Thanks to the good people at Peterson Auto Repair, I am back behind the wheel of my truck, and it's running great. ,

Went to Peterson Auto and he gave me a great price and he was very honest. It's been a while since my vehicle had been in the shop and I took it somewhere else and they said that I needed to do all kinds of work on it including new brake pads all around. I didn't tell Peterson that I took it to another mechanic but I asked him to check the other areas that the other mechanic said needed to be fixed just to see what he would say. He told me that my front brakes had plenty of life left but I needed to replace the rear. Besides that he said everything looked great! This is my first time going to Peterson Auto & Truck and I am a customer for life. It's been tough finding an honest quality mechanic since my other one closed a few years back. Thanks Peterson Auto!!!

Super service, very honest, saved me over $300 in unnecessary repairs. No hide and seek at this shop, you see the work being done and you are given an explanatiion of the repair and the parts that are being installed. I will return, Thanks again, Tom

UP DATE. Now 2 years after the post below I still am most impressed with Peterson Auto and Truck. No reason to go anywhere else when everytime service is this good here. Chris has been added to the staff and he and Kevin will take good care of your repair troubles. Below is a post from 2 years ago. Good repair shop. Kevin Peterson is an honest man, for real, his technician's are genuinely concerned and qualified to fix just about anything, including hybrid motors and diesel.
