      Thank you Sentry Management for making living in our neighborhood pleasureable again. Our previous management company (whom I will not name) provided poor oversight, never returned calls and in general was allowing our beautiful community to deteriorate. Within 6 months of hiring Sentry Management, we have seen a world of difference.

Sentry supervises your community association maintenance and contracted services, enforce covenants and violations and prepare monthly reports to the status of each violation, and collect, budget and account for all funds. A community manager attends Board of Director Meetings and provides written follow-up. CommunityPro®, Sentry’s exclusive HOA administrative software, 24/7 access to real time Board financials, free community websites and 24 hour live answering service are a few of the standard services provided to all communities managed. A powerful assurance of Sentry’s experience, financial stability, integrity and ethics is the certification as an Accredited Management Organization® by the Institute of Real Estate Management.       Sentry Management provides on-call 24 hours a day 365 day per year emergency response. Each Manager is teamed with a back-up manager and Division Manager for on-call emergencies. At no additional cost Sentry provides a Web page for every Association we manage. The webpage contains the Association’s documents, forms and payment options. Additional items can be added for minutes, newsletters and other resident communications. The webpage can also be linked to your own Associations existing website. Sentry Management, Inc. has one of the highest operating and financial standards in the industry. Sentry has no owned or affiliated service companies or vendors.
